Bozzay & Partners Law Office is a full service Hungarian law firm representing both domestic and international clients.
Dr Bozzay, the founder and Managing Partner of the firm, has over 20 years’ experience as an attorney-at-law. She first established her practice in December, 1992 under the name of Bozzay Law Office. From 1995 to 2003, Dr Bozzay provided her legal services in cooperation with Seward and Kissel L.L.P.. From 1998, she was an associate attorney-at-law with the Budapest office of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. In 2003, after 8 years of practice and training with these recognized international law firms, Dr Bozzay, continued her independent practice. It was her intention to start a practice that could best serve the needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and individuals.
The firm provides a wide range of services to both private and public sector clients. Areas of expertise include: commercial corporate and M&A; dissolutions; real estate and banking transactions; regulatory and public procurement matters; civil litigation, and domestic relations law. In addition, the firm has an internationally recognized communications experience.
The firm has developed strategic relationships with other legal and consultancy professionals to provide a full range of services in an ever-expanding and complex business environment. We regularly provide cross-border services in Europe and North America through established relationships with internationally based correspondent firms.
